Learn savoury croissants including a kale croissant, a spinach and feta filled croissant, a mushroom and brie croissant, and how to make cro-dogs!
Week 4: Croissants III
Learn how to make sweet croissants including almond, praline, and lemon fillings!
Week 5: Danish I
Learn how to roll, shape and bake danishes!
Week 6: Danish II
Learn more danish types including mille-feuille and how to make sweet filling.
Week 7: Fancy Finale
Learn how to get fancy with kouign-amann and bi-colour raspberry croissants!
