Meet Your Instructor
Jenny Prior is a mom of four and sourdough baking teacher from Northern California. She began her sourdough journey in 2014 after learning about how it would improve digestion after a lifelong struggle with conventional processed bread. She began teaching local sourdough classes in 2018 and had the opportunity to learn at the Sourdough School in the English countryside. Her passion is equipping and encouraging new sourdough bakers to bake bread for their families and friends in the belief that it creates an exponential ripple effect around them!
