After baking bread for a decade, I decided to jump into the world of sourdough and adored the nerdiness of it, but had a few things that stumped me technique-wise. A few years into it I discovered Sourdough School House and proposed a trade with Shannon. Shannon gifted me the course and in turn I shared along on my instagram page, Venison for Dinner, as I took the course. The feedback was overwhelming, everyone LOVED Shannon's course, and I LOVED working with Shannon.
