Hi, I'm Shannon! I am a wife, mom of 3 and Founder and Instructor at Sourdough School House. First and foremost, I bake to feed my family. The peace and joy I get from baking is just the icing on the top. I love that my hobby feeds my family and I can fit it into my busy life. I would love to teach you how to do that, too. I love to learn, experiment and teach my students how to feel confident baking sourdough.
